Удаление в приложении

Откройте Bloomwish → Профиль → Удалить аккаунт; на iPhone, iPad и Android шаги одинаковые. Подтвердите запрос и при необходимости повторно войдите связанным способом Apple, Google или email и пароль. Приложение запустит удаление и покажет результат.

Запрос без приложения

Напишите на hello@bloomwish.app с email, связанного с аккаунтом Bloomwish. Тема письма: «Удаление аккаунта Bloomwish», укажите имя профиля. Никогда не отправляйте пароль или код авторизации.

Что удаляется

• Аккаунт Firebase Authentication и профиль Bloomwish.
• Ваши списки, желания, фотографии профиля/списков/желаний и приглашения.
• Сделанные аккаунтом резервы подарков.

Сроки и хранение

Приложение показывает результат запроса на удаление; завершение зависит от соединения и авторизации. Запросы по email требуют проверки принадлежности аккаунта. Не присылайте пароли и коды авторизации.

Жалобы для модерации и записи блокировок не удаляются автоматически текущим процессом удаления в приложении: в них могут оставаться идентификаторы, текст жалоб и email. По вопросам оставшихся записей пишите на hello@bloomwish.app. Технические записи провайдеров и транзакции Apple и Google Play обрабатываются отдельно.

Удаление приложения или аккаунта Bloomwish не отменяет подписку в App Store или Google Play. Отмените её отдельно в Настройках iPhone → ваше имя → Подписки, а на Android — в Google Play → Платежи и подписки → Подписки.

Текущий процесс удаления аккаунта не стирает автоматически псевдонимную запись владельца подписки; у этой записи сейчас нет автоматического срока удаления. Она остаётся для предотвращения перепривязки подписки после удаления аккаунта. Для запроса проверки, доступа или удаления этой записи напишите на hello@bloomwish.app; дальнейшее хранение должно иметь применимое обоснование безопасности или закона. Удаление аккаунта не переносит автоматически подписку на новый аккаунт Bloomwish и не отменяет оплату в App Store или Google Play. Не отправляйте по email пароли или полные подписанные транзакции.

Delete in the app

Open Bloomwish → Profile → Delete account; the steps are the same on iPhone, iPad and Android. Confirm the request and, if prompted, sign in again using your linked Apple, Google or email/password method. The app starts the deletion process and reports its outcome.

Request deletion without the app

Email hello@bloomwish.app from the email address associated with your Bloomwish account. Use the subject “Bloomwish account deletion” and include the profile name. Never send us your password, Apple authorization code, or Google password.

What is deleted

• Firebase Authentication account and Bloomwish profile.
• Owned wishlists, wishes, uploaded list/wish/profile photos, and invitations.
• Gift reservations made by the account.

Timing and retention

The app shows the outcome of an in-app deletion request; completion depends on connectivity and authentication. Email requests require verification that they concern your account. Do not send passwords or authorization codes.

Moderation reports and blocking records are not automatically removed by the current in-app deletion flow and may still contain identifiers, report text and email addresses. Contact hello@bloomwish.app about remaining records. Provider technical records and Apple and Google Play transaction records are handled separately.

Deleting the app or your Bloomwish account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions or, on Android, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

The current account-deletion flow does not automatically erase the pseudonymous subscription-ownership record, and that record currently has no automatic expiry. It remains to prevent reassignment of the subscription after account deletion. To request review, access or deletion of this record, contact hello@bloomwish.app; any continued retention must have an applicable security or legal justification. Deleting an account does not automatically transfer its subscription to a new Bloomwish account or cancel App Store or Google Play billing. Do not send passwords or complete signed transactions by email.

Suppression dans l’app

Ouvrez Bloomwish → Profil → Supprimer le compte ; les étapes sont les mêmes sur iPhone, iPad et Android. Confirmez et, si nécessaire, reconnectez-vous avec la méthode associée : Apple, Google ou e-mail et mot de passe. L’app lance la suppression et en indique le résultat.

Demande sans l’app

Écrivez à hello@bloomwish.app depuis l’adresse e-mail associée à votre compte Bloomwish. Utilisez l’objet « Suppression du compte Bloomwish » et indiquez le nom du profil. N’envoyez jamais votre mot de passe ni un code d’autorisation.

Données supprimées

• Compte Firebase Authentication et profil Bloomwish.
• Listes, souhaits, photos de profil/listes/souhaits et invitations.
• Réservations de cadeaux effectuées par le compte.

Délais et conservation

L’app indique le résultat de la demande de suppression ; son exécution dépend de la connexion et de l’authentification. Les demandes par e-mail nécessitent de vérifier qu’elles concernent votre compte. N’envoyez ni mot de passe ni code d’autorisation.

Les signalements de modération et les blocages ne sont pas automatiquement supprimés par le processus actuel dans l’app et peuvent encore contenir des identifiants, le texte des signalements et des adresses e-mail. Contactez hello@bloomwish.app concernant ces données restantes. Les données techniques des fournisseurs et les transactions Apple et Google Play sont traitées séparément.

Supprimer l’app ou votre compte Bloomwish n’annule pas un abonnement App Store ou Google Play. Annulez-le séparément dans Réglages iPhone → votre nom → Abonnements ou, sur Android, dans Google Play → Paiements et abonnements → Abonnements.

Le processus actuel de suppression du compte n’efface pas automatiquement l’enregistrement pseudonyme de propriété de l’abonnement, qui n’a actuellement pas d’expiration automatique. Il reste conservé pour empêcher la réattribution de l’abonnement après la suppression du compte. Pour demander son examen, son accès ou sa suppression, contactez hello@bloomwish.app ; toute conservation ultérieure doit avoir une justification applicable de sécurité ou légale. Supprimer un compte ne transfère pas automatiquement son abonnement à un nouveau compte Bloomwish et n’annule pas la facturation App Store ou Google Play. N’envoyez ni mots de passe ni transactions signées complètes par e-mail.
